INTRODUCTION
Pilot and passenger comfor t and safety are of prime impor tance in operating this air-
plane. The task is to teach flight crewmembers to use the oxygen system safely and
effectively, when required, within the requirements of applicable FARs.
DESCRIPTION
This chapter presents a description and dis-
cussion of the oxygen system. It includes
g e n e r a l d e s c r i p t i o n , p r i n c i p l e o f o p e r a -
tion, controls, and emergency procedures.

OXYGEN SYSTEM
Cur rent FARs require that anytime an air-
craft flies above 25,000 feet, oxygen must be
immediately available to the crew and pas-
sengers. The King Air C90GTi and C90GTx
systems comply with this requirement.
