Sanitizes the product to its factory default settings.
Communication settings are also returned to their factory default conditions.
This is valid when the password protection command is valid (SYST:PASS).
When parallel operation in use, set the rotary switches for the address and the num-
ber of slave units on the master unit and all slave units to zero, and then use this
command.

Sanitization clears all user-defined state information and user-defined I/O settings
such as the IP address. Because unexpected data loss may occur, sanitization is
recommended only after firmware updates.
