Procedure
The data generator sends Burst-mode CJTPAT signaling with nominal
amplitude settings while the DUT is configured for Terminated-mode.
Then, the T
TERM-OFF-HS-RX
(HS-RX differential termination disable time) is
measured using a real time oscilloscope. Among all measured
T
TERM-OFF-HS-RX
values, the maximum and minimum T
TERM-OFF-HS-RX
values are considered as the final results.
The test will pass if the maximum T
TERM-OFF-HS-RX
value measured is
within the time defined by the DUT's Shall Time capability attribute.
This test is performed for all selected HS lanes and gears and only for
Terminated case.
