The transistor output of the flow sensor can be supplied from either an external 24 VDC source or from the internal 

24 VDC auxiliary supply on terminal 97A. Note that there is only voltage on terminal 97A if the auxiliary supply 

module is present in MULTICAL® 803, see paragraph 10.4.  

Note: It is recommended to use an external 24 VDC supply if the internal auxiliary supply is already used for the 

supply of the analog output module via the connectors on the connection board.
