Select [Spectrum Trace] on the menu by moving the trackball and press Set to confirm. Select [Auto]
on the pop-up menu. A marker displays on the image.

Move the marker to the starting point of peak waveform of the end systole by using the
trackball, press Set to fix the marker and the second marker displays.
5.
Move the second marker to the end diastole which is one cardiac cycle adjacent to the first marker by using the
trackball and press Set. The system automatically traces the waveform and the measurement result displays in
the result box.
8.5 Specific Measurements and Calculations
Specific measurement and calculations corresponds to the measurement and calculation of each
exam type. The
measurement results are recorded in the report.
You should confirm the following items before measurement.
Confirm that the current probe is applicable for the current application part.
Confirm that the current date is the correct.
Confirm that the patient information is input.
Confirm that the exam type is selected.
8.5.1 Abdomen Measurements
Abdominal measurements can be performed in 2D (B/Color/PDI) mode.
Steps:
1.
Press the Measure key in the real time or frozen B/Color/PDI mode, and the measurement menu displays
on the top left of the screen.
2.
Select a measurement item, such as [Liver], on the menu by moving the trackball and press Set to
confirm.
3.
Select the measurement sub-item, such as [R Liver Max], on the pop-up sub-menu and a marker
displays
on the image.
4.
Follow the methods in the following table to perform the measurement, and the measurement
result displays in the result box.
