Tape Board Removal
To remove the Tape Board out of the Recycler, pro-
ceed as follows:
1. Remove the two (2) Screws (Figure 4-93 a

).
2. Pull the Rear Cover (Figure 4-93 b ) as illustrated
by the Arrow

, and then remove in the direc-
tion indicated by the Arrow

3. Cut the single (1) Cable Tie (Figure 4-94 a ).
4. Remove the four (4) Screws (Figure 4-95 a

) to remove the two Sensor Holder
Assy. (Figure 4-95 b

).
5. Remove the two (2) Screws (Figure 4-96 a

)
to remove the two Tape Boards (Figure 4-96 b

).
Drum Unit Disassembly
To separate the Drum Unit into the Drum 1 and
Drum 2 Units, proceed as follows:
1. Remove the six (6) Screws (Figure 4-97 a

).
2. Remove the Top Cover (Figure 4-97 b ).
3. Separate the Drum Unit as illustrated.
