Disposal Instructions
The packaging is recyclable. Ask the responsible
authorities in your local council offices for
further information about recycling.
Environmental protection has priority!
The appliance is made of valuable
materials that are recyclable. For this
reason, only dispose the appliance
at a public recycling yard in your vicinity. The
appliance bears the sign for waste electrical
and electronic appliances in accordance with
European Directive 2002/96/EC (WEEE). This
Directive regulates the return and recycling of
waste appliances within the EU.
Guarantee terms

Our state-of-the-art products conform with
high technical standards and are subjected
to stringent quality inspection. If, contrary to
expectations, the device should not function
properly, The JAVA Coffee Company,
having its registered office at 3110 Rotselaar,
Wingepark20, will remedy defects free
of charge that are due to faulty materials
or manufacturing errors on the following
guarantee terms.
The guarantee period is one year
beginning on the day of purchase.
Should you wish to make a claim under this
guarantee, please direct your enquiry to the
following address: [email protected].
Notice of claims under the guarantee must be
given within 7 days after you have discovered
or ought to have discovered the defect and
in any event before the end of the guarantee
period. The notice of claim under the
guarantee must detail the nature of the defect.
You must submit the invoice to claim under the
guarantee.
After the JAVA Coffee Company has received
your notice, you will be contacted within a
reasonable time for instructions on how to
proceed with a repair.
The JAVA Coffee Company may choose,
at its discretion, the method of remedying
defects, either by repair or replacement of the
defective device within a reasonable time. All
other remedies are excluded (including without
limitation: cover purchase, damages, repair by
yourself or third party, price reduction, etc.)
Any rendering of the guarantee services
above by The JAVA Coffee Company shall not
cause the guarantee period to be extended
or recommenced. Replacement products or
repaired parts will be guaranteed for only the
unexpired portion of the original guarantee.
This guarantee does not cover any defects
resulting from (without limitation) incorrect
user setup, lack of care, accident, negligence,
misuse, failure to follow the product
instructions, calcium deposits, improper or
inadequate maintenance, normal wear and
tear, use on current or voltage other than as
marked on the product, product alteration,
fire, lightning, flood or other external causes.
This guarantee does not apply in case the
machine is opened or repaired without prior
written consent of The JAVA Coffee Company.
Furthermore, this guarantee does not apply to
fragile components such as glass, plastic or light
bulbs or to slight defects that do not adversely
affect the value or fitness for use of the device.
If a device is returned to The JAVA Coffee
Company because of a defect that is not covered
by this guarantee or in the total absence of a
defect, The JAVA Coffee Company reserves
the right to invoice a fee to cover costs for the
inspection and transportation of the device.
This guarantee is valid only in the country of
purchase, namely Belgium or Luxemburg.
Nothing in this guarantee limits the compulsory
statutory rights of consumers.
