3.5 Systems Test
Perform the following tests for a complete verification of the systems of the
mRidium IV pump family. If a major component is replaced, the test may be
resumed at point of failure, unless previous test steps are related with the
replaced component. IVPAB001, IVPAB002 in the 3860+ pump, IVPAB011
(3861 SideCar) and the AS100 pump assembly in both the 3860+ and 3861
are components that require the restart of a complete test. Note, the following
procedure is the same for both 3860+ Pump (Service Mode A) and 3861
SideCar (Service Mode B). When testing the 3861 SideCar, always remove all
power including 3860+ Pump battery when making connections for testing.

(For complete detail system testing/calibration)
4.5 digit DMM (BK model 1670A) or equivalent.
Regulated DC Power Supply, 20+V/3A.
20+ MHZ Dual Channel Oscilloscope (Tectronix TDS210) or equivalent.
PC with serial port RS-232 capability.
Test Software provided on 1125 Service Manual CD.
Sartorius Model GD603 or GD605 Scale with RS-232 connection.
Infutest 2000 IV Pump Test set (or equivalent)
Iradimed 1000 Series IV Sets and IV pole.
IV Fluid Container (Distilled Water)
Closed Continuous Flow Circular/Looped Series 1000 IV Set.
Pressure gauge (0 to 10 psi) and pressure means ( ie: hand bulb).
IVPAB009 PCBA & Test Adapter Cable Set.
SideCar Pump Test Adapter Cable Set.
106 db RF Attenuator Cable.
Battery Test Cable.
TF009 Battery Simulator Test Fixture
