AC drive overload
1) The load is too heavy or
locked-rotor occurs on
the motor.
2) The AC drive model is of
too low power rating.
3) The air end of the air
compressor rotates in the
reverse direction.
1) Reduce the load and check the
motor and mechanical conditions.
2) Select an AC drive of higher power
rating.
3) Check that the motor wiring is
correct.
Err11
Motor overload
1) F9-01 (Motor overload
protection gain) is set
improperly.
2) The load is too heavy or
locked-rotor occurs on
the motor.
1) Set F9-01 (Motor overload protec-
tion gain) properly.
2) Reduce the load and check the
motor and mechanical conditions.
Err12
Input phase loss
1) The three-phase power
input is abnormal.
2) The drive board, lightning
protection board, control
board, or rectifier bridge
is abnormal.
1) Eliminate external faults.
2) Contact the agent or Inovance for
technical support.
Err13
Output phase loss
1) The motor is faulty.
2) The cables connecting
the AC drive and the
motor are abnormal.
3) The three-phase outputs
of the AC drive are unbal-
anced when the motor is
running.
4) The drive board or the
IGBT is abnormal.
1) Check whether the motor is dis-
connected.
2) Eliminate external faults.
3) Check whether the motor three-
phase winding is normal.
4) Contact the agent or Inovance for
technical support.
Err14
IGBT overheat
1) The ambient temperature
is too high.
2)
The air filter is blocked.
3) The fan is damaged.
4) The thermistor of the
IGBT is damaged.
5) The IGBT is damaged.
1) Reduce the ambient temperature.
2)
Clean the air filter.
3) Replace the damaged fan.
4) Replace the damaged thermistor.
5) Replace the damaged IGBT.

External device
fault
External fault signals are
input using the DI.
