3 Place the Teflon front ferrule and the Teflon back ferrule into the 3/16 in.

stainless steel nut.

Place the Teflon back ferrule into the nut with the narrow end facing
outwards.

Place the Teflon front ferrule into the nut with the narrow end facing outwards.
The two ferrules are designed to fit together.

4 Screw the 3/16 in. stainless steel nut with the Teflon ferrules back into the

reducing union (PN 059-0298).

5 Insert the 1/4 in. tube fitting on the 3 L sample bag into the 3/16 in. end of the SS

Adapter for the Sample Bag and screw clockwise until finger tight.
