9.10.11 Reprocess Runs

Often it is desirable to edit integration parameters and adjust retention time windows
after a run is completed, without adjusting the calibration information.
After a run is performed:

1 In the data browser, click on the run.
2 Click the   icon to open the calibration window. By default, Module A will

display.

3 Click the 

 icon to select another module, if desired.

4 Integration parameters can be edited in the Integration tab. The retention time

windows can be edited in the Compounds tab.
