Note: Plug the power cords into the appropriate ac electrical
outlets inside the rack, or into an external UPS or
receptacle. If the ac power source has several outlets,
make sure that you plug the power cords into outlets that
power up at the same time.
7. Route the other ends of the power cords so that they are easily
accessible to the rear of the expansion unit once it is installed.
8. Unplug the cables and power cords from the electrical outlets,
but keep them routed in the rack.
9. Complete all other preparations.
Note: Perform all other preparatory tasks that might be
necessary to ensure that the rack is ready for this
installation (such as installing other hardware devices,
cabling, or power units).
