System Management Software Support
The IBM Netfinity EXP15 supports software alert functions through
the system monitor of Netfinity Manager Version 5.1 or later. The
following alerts are supported:

Disk drive disabled

Power supply bad
Ÿ
Fan fault
Ÿ
IBM Netfinity EXP15 over temperature
Refer to the Netfinity Manager User's Guide, Version 5.1.2 or later for
more information on setting up system management software.
This system-management software is supported on the IBM
ServeRAID Adapter with Service Pack version 2.23 or later.
System-management software is also supported on the IBM
ServeRAID II Adapter with version 2.30 or later, IBM
ServeRAID-3H, and IBM ServeRAID-3L.
Netfinity Manager Service and drive fault LEDs are only supported
by IBM ServeRAID, IBM ServeRAID II, IBM ServeRAID-3H, and
IBM ServeRAID-3L adapters and the Netfinity Fibre Channel
Controller Unit.
