 Installation Procedure

1. The power switch is located on the lower left side of the printer. Make sure

that the switch is set to Off (O) before removing or installing forms tractors.

2. Open the top cover and tilt it all the way back.

CAUTION:

Do not remove the top cover or automatic sheet feeder cover unless it is
necessary for the installation of a printer accessory. If a cover is
removed, do not touch inside the printer or insert any object into the
gears. Store the cover in a safe place until it is needed for reinstallation.

3. Lift the forms guide to its full open (vertical) position.
