Power up the HRDV unit and go to the Add Disk screen (

System Utilities

➤

Add Disk

Enable only the new drive you have added and set the desired Event percentage.

Accept

your changes to exit this screen. The new drive is now operational.

Exit Menu mode and ensure recording is enabled.

Data Recovery

Use this screen when you want the system to attempt to restore the file system to its original
state (for example, due to an inadvertent Format All, Format Timelapse, or Format Event
command).

You can also use this utility to attempt to recover disk drive data (timelapse video, event
video, text data) if a system problem occurs.
