Applying Voltage and PWM Operation
Elektronische Lasten von H&H eignen sich zur Spannungsaufschaltung
und zum Betrieb an PWM-Spannungen.
Electronic H&H Loads are well suited to be operated with PWM volta-
ges or in cases of input voltage steps.
Zur Vermeidung von Einschaltstromspitzen beim Anlegen der
Eingangsspannung bzw. bei der steigenden Flanke der PWM-
Spannung sollte der Sollwert für den Unterspannungsschutz der
elektronischen Last an den Wert der Eingangsspannung angepasst
werden. Das heißt: setzen Sie den Sollwert auf einen Wert größer 0 V
und kleiner als die Eingangsspannung.
In order to avoid inrush current peaks when the input voltage is applied
or at the rising edge of the PWM voltage, the undervoltage protection of
the electronic load should be adapted to the value of the input voltage.
In other words, set the undervoltage limit to a value greater than 0 V
and lower than the input voltage.
Um eine möglichst kurze Totzeit bis zum Fließen des Laststromes zu
erreichen, stellen Sie die schnelle Regelung ein.
To achieve the shortest possible dead time until the load current flows,
set the fast control speed.

Keylock Function
Um eine unbeabsichtigte oder unerlaubte Bedienung der
elektronischen Last zu verhindern, kann die Tastensperre aktiviert
werden.
In order to avoid accidental or unauthorised local operation, the keylock
can be activated.
Die Tastensperre kann lokal über die Tastenfolge Shift -> Lock oder
per Fernsteuerung mit dem SCPI-Befehl SYSTem:KLOCk ON|OFF
aktiviert und deaktiviert werden.
The keylock function can be activated and deactivated locally by the key
sequence Shift -> Lock or remotely by the SCPI command
SYSTem:KLOCk ON|OFF.
Wird die Tastensperre lokal aktiviert, wird im Hauptmenü ein
Schlosssymbol mit 'L' für "Local lock" angezeigt. Die lokal aktivierte
Tastensperre kann manuell (nochmaliger Shortcut Shift-Lock) oder
per Fernsteuerung wieder aufgehoben werden.
If the keylock is locally activated the main menu displays a padlock
symbol with 'L' attribute for "Local". The 'L' attributed keylock can be
deactivated locally (another Shift-Lock shortkey) or remotely.
Wird die Tastensperre per Fernsteuerbefehl über eine der
Datenschnittstellen aktiviert, wird im Hauptmenü ein Schlosssymbol
