IPA_LOAD
Z-Plane currents are checked during startup
to determine if IPA load is balanced. Most
likely caused by bad rf cable.

The exciter has signaled the transmitter that
it has a problem. For more information on
exciter faults, refer to the exciter manual.
Exciter AFC fault and/or Exciter FAULT are
detected by the exciter and are recorded in
the transmitter fault log. No action will be
taken until an exciter low power condition
is detected. Controller will then delay 10
seconds before switching to another
exciter, if it is available.
