11 - Fault finding

11.16

Fluid system test

Close the main ON/OFF valve.

Close the regulation valve by pressing

button to increase the pressure. Yellow diode lights on the regulation valve.

Close the agitation valve.

Close the pressure filter bypass valve.

Set pump from 250 to 300 RPM, engine in idle speed.

Now all water from pump should pass boom flow sensor.

Pump condition and possible internal valve leakages can be checked by comparing:

Menu 4.5.5.3.3 Pump calc flow. This menu shows the calculated flow from the pump.

•

Menu 4.5.5.3.6 Meas boom flow. This menu shows the actual measured flow through the flow sensor.
