Use of Y +10mm cap hold frame
As an option, a cap hold frame that is expanded 10
mm in the direction of the peak in the embroidery
area can be used.
At this time, the expandable X-direction embroidery
area is the central 110 mm.
When using this frame, it is necessary to replace
the special pressure foot and needle plate.
CAUTION
Depending on the shape of the cap, if you
embroider to the very bottom of the visor, the
tip of the visor may hit the thread catcher of
the embroidery machine strongly and causing
problems.
Bend the visor by hand in the direction of the arrow
before embroidering.

Exchanging pressure foot
Please change all the needle bar pressure foot to the foot for cap frame by
asking for your distributor or dealer in advance.
After replacing, you can use it as a standard pressure foot by returning
the height of the pressure foot to its original position.
Setting expand embroidery area
By operation of [MACHINE SETTINGS / 19 Expand cap limit 15-1b], extend
the embroidery area by 10 mm in the peak direction.
