7.  Remove the cap holder frame from the cap 

stretcher.

8.  As shown in Fig. 5, place the cap holder frame 

the cap drive frame assembly. 

Push the hold lever in at 3 places as shown by 

the marks and place the cap holder frame so 

that center guide of the drive frame assembly 

gets in the upper cap holder frame.

Confirm that the cap holder frame is firmly attached to 

the cap drive frame assembly without any gaps.

 

If there is a gap between cap holder frame and the 

cap drive frame, or hold lever doesn’t go into hole on 

the cap holder frame well, loosen the set screw on the 

lever to adjust.

6.  As shown in Fig. 4, tip the cap 

stretcher forward. 

Clip the back of the cap in two 

places by stretching the crease out 

as shown by the arrows.

Make the clip lever face the inside.
