Configuring Your GV Matrix
Alarm Configuration
2 In the row beside each GV Matrix modular card, select the status of each of the 9 inputs
to the fabric module and 9 outputs from the fabric module.
XIO-4901: The available choices depend on whether the MDX option is activated
on the XIO-4901 card (See
on page 79), and whether it is selected under
the Options column in the GV Matrix Manager window.

Alarm Configuration
All modules with an iControl interface provide an Alarm Configuration window. The specific
display for each module is shown in its own section, but an overview of the elements of the
display is given here.
