Base Feed Installation
Electrical Tile
The Power Distribution Housing - Face Mount title assembly is mechanically
attached in the bottom panel cavity. It serves to provide face mounted power
access above the worksurface.
Follow the specifi cation and locate the panels that are to accept Face Mount Title
Power Distribution Housing.
STEP 1: Thread the Pass-Thru Cable up through the slot in the bottom horizontal.
STEP 2: Insert the appropriate Duplex Receptacle Into the Power Distribution
Housing.
STEP 3: Lower the Power Distribution Housing assembly with duplexes on to the
top of the desk height channel and loosely engage the metal cam locks.
STEM 4: Install the Electrical Title on the opposite side of the panel. Adjust the
Power Distribution laterally to ensure that the duplexes line up in the center of the
tile duplex opening.
STEP 5: Mechanically secure the Power Distribution Housing supporting brackets
by tightening the bolts of the cam locks.
STEP 6: Connect the Pass-Thru Cable to the Power Distribution Housing at desk-
height.
STEP 7: Check connection and connect to the building power supply. (To be done
by Certifi ed Electrician)

STEP 1: Insert base feed conduit and bracket through slot in the panel frame.
STEP 2: Rotate bracket into position.
STEP 3: Loosen screw enough so that bracket can slide above it.
STEP 4: Once bracket is pushed tight against screw, tighten the screw until snug.
