Overview
This manual provides start-up and service information for FlexPay
™
EMV
®
CRIND
®
components mounted on Encore
®
S Enhanced (units with an E-CIM
™
bezel) FlexPay units. It
includes procedures for activation of the FlexPay EMV CRIND and the setting of all site
equipment configurable addresses.
The setup/configuration of the following equipment is described in this manual:
• FlexPay EMV CRIND Display
• FlexPay EMV CRIND Keypad
• FlexPay Card Reader
The equipment is part of a Local Area Network (LAN) that uses Ethernet
®
Transmission
Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) addressing. Each piece of equipment must be
allocated an address based on the existing site LAN address structure.
The following are the additional pay at the pump equipment addresses that must be set during
installation:
The subnet mask for all LAN equipment must be set to 255.255.255.0.
Required Tools
CRIND Diagnostic Card (Q12534-170) is required to install the FlexPay EMV CRIND
components mounted on Encore S Enhanced (units with an E-CIM bezel) FlexPay units.
