Range: Any Combination of 18 Alphanumeric Characters.
An 18 character field that will be displayed in the
ACTUAL VALUES \ A1 STATUS \
VIRTUAL INPUTS
menu. This allows a more operator friendly description to be
used when replacing panel switches with a virtual switch.
