2.7.7 Cylinder Head Temperature Thermocouples
Four thermocouples are used to measure cylinder head temperatures. A sensor is installed in each
cylinder head. An example is shown in Figure 2-22.

2.7.8 Exhaust Gas Temperature Thermocouples
Four thermocouples are used to measure exhaust gas temperatures. A sensor in installed in each exhaust
header primary pipe. An example installation is shown in Figure 2-23.
