Lamp Intensity
text box to specify the percentage of Intensity of the
Internal lamp (only) terminal 1 & 2 on the Messenger module. This does not
work for the External lamp (Lamp Supply Control Board).

Turn Lamp ON / Turn Lamp OFF
Toggle Button to specify whether
Lamp needs to be Switched ON / OFF (Internal lamp ONLY). This is for the
Messenger’s setup for single sensors (only).
Choose External
Lamp ON / External Lamp OFF
Toggle button to specify
whether External Lamp needs to be ON/OFF (for supplemental Lamp Supply
Control Board ONLY). This is for the Messenger’s setup for multiple sensors
(lamps).
Test Analog Outputs
This Menu displays the mV of the FOUR Analog Outputs. A Fault in the Analog
Output is displayed as "
FAULT: 2mA
" where 2mA is the current assigned during
the fault condition. You can also test the Analog outputs using this option.
For Example: -
Set
Analog Out1
to the following parameters
OUTPUT = Result1
Low = 0mv, High = 100mv
Mode = 4-20mA
OVERRANGE = CH1
Low mV = 0, High mV = 150
Choose
Analog OUT1
Enter the 50 Millivolts in the Analog Output text box and choose the
"Update
Outputs"
key. The current observed at the Analog OUT1 should be 12mA.
Choose
Restore Previous
to restore the Analog Outputs to previous values
before the entry of 50 Millivolts.
