These jumpers control activation of the fault detection for each of the connected
devices:
For example, if you have a sensor (with Halogen Lamp or LED) connected to
terminals 3 and 4 then you may enable fault detection for this sensor (lamp or
LED) by placing a jumper in position 1 (JP1) i.e.:
Connect Jumper #1
to enable Fault signal from Sensor #1
Connect Jumper #2
to enable Fault signal from Sensor #2
Connect Jumper #3
to enable Fault signal from Sensor #3
Sensor Lamp (or LED) Fault is Signaled when Device is OPEN or when the
current to the Device drops below 200 mA (Fault Setup is done using “LAMP
CONTROL” menu using the graphical user interface software).
The Lamp Supply Control Board has the following LEDs:
RED LED is
ON when Fault is detected
Green LED is
ON when power is ON (Control from Messenger)
