Note on system information backup / restore
I
The front docking board contains the Chassis ID EPROM that contains
system information like system unit name and model, housing type,
serial number and manufacturing data.
When you replace the front docking board you must reprogram the
chassis ID PROM.
Please back up a setting value of the management blade if it is possible
before exchanging the front docking board. The "User Assigned Name"
of connection blade setting is not included in the backup.
After installing the new front docking board, it is necessary to program
the ChassisID prom with the help of the "ChassisIDProm Tool".
