PART II OPERATION HOW TO REMOVE SNOW
■WHEN IT IS WINDY
●
If snow is thrown against the wind direction, it
cannot go to the right place which operator
intended. If the thrown snow goes toward
operator, it may cause trouble to operation.
Throw snow to the same direction as the wind
direction as much as possible. Avoid snow
removal work when wind is strong.
●
Pay attention to the wind direction, wind flow,
and work environment to prevent emission from

accumulating around operator.
■ADJUSTMENT OF BLADE AND SLEIGH SUITABLE FOR WORK
●
The blade scrapes snow which is left on the ground
to finish snow removing and prevents the auger from
contacting with the ground. The sleigh prevents the
blade from cutting into the ground.
●
When shipping the machine, the blade is set 3 to 5 mm
lower than the auger and the sleigh is set 3 to 5 mm
lower than the blade.
SDS2-24
●
Set the sleigh lower for rugged ground such as gravel
road. Set the blade as high as auger for frozen, hard
surface so that the augers break frozen snow. In this
case, set the sleigh slightly lower than the auger.
