PART II OPERATION HOW TO OPERATE
1. START THE ENGINE
●
When starting the engine indoors, open the windows for sufficient ventilation. If the place is
poorly ventilated, poisoning may occur due to exhaust gas, which is very dangerous.
●
Set the travel clutch lever at "Off" and the change lever at "N.Neutral" before starting
the engine.
●
Check if the covers are attached correctly before starting the engine.
●
When starting the engine, give a signal aloud to surrounding people.

Make sure the travel lever and work clutch lever
are at "Off".
(2)
Make sure the chute cover is closed.
(3)
Set the change lever at "N.Neutral".
(4)
Set the cock lever at "Open" position.
(5)
Set the throttle lever at a position which is higher
than the middle point between " =High speed"
and " =Low speed".
(6)
Pull the choke knob.
(7)
Turn the engine key to "Run" position.
Check if the lamp inside the monitor lights up.
(Refer to p.23)
(8)
Turn the engine key to "Start" position. Take your
hand off when the engine starts. When taking your
hand off the engine key, it returns to
Run position automatically.

After starting the engine, return the choke knob
slowly while watching the condition.
