PART III INSPECTION AND SERVICE

For inspection and service, place the machine on a flat and large space without
obstacle. Stop the engine and make sure each part has stopped its operation
completely and heating part has cooled down before inspection and service.
●
During inspection and service, never smoke or keep anything which may cause
fire near the machine. Otherwise, the fuel ignites and fire may occur.
●
Do not supply fuel or oil in excess of the prescribed amount. Wipe away any
spilled fuel or oil completely.
●
If the covers are detached, be sure to fix them to their original position.
1．LIST OF INSPECTION AND SERVICE
●
Refer to "Periodic inspection and service of engine" and "Regular service list" and carry
out inspection and service so that the machine can demonstrate its performance correctly and
work can be done safely.
●
The interval time of service shown in "Periodic inspection and service of engine" and
"Regular service list" is a standard. The actual interval time may differ according to work
condition and service situation. Carry out service when it is necessary.
●
If you do not have skill and experience, do not attempt to service the machine.
●
Refer to "Inspection and preparation before work " (p.25) and carry
out daily inspection.
■WASTE DISPOSAL
●
Inappropriate disposal of waste oil and plastic results in environmental pollution.
●
When draining oil from the machine, use receptacle. Never drain oil to the ground or dump
it into river and lake.
●
When disposing of waste oil, fuel, coolant, solvent, filter, battery, or other toxic substance,
contact your dealer or request disposal to a company specializing in the disposal of industrial
waste.
●
Be sure to comply with the regulation about disposal of used material.
