PART II OPERATION HOW TO REMOVE SNOW

Adjustment of blade
●
Stop the engine. Make sure every part
has stopped its operation completely
before carrying out adjustment.

Do not enter under the machine.

Raise the auger housing.
(2)
Stop the engine and make sure every part has
stopped its operation completely.
(3)
Loosen the fixing nut on the back side of the blade.
(4)
Adjust the height of blade according to work

conditions and fix it with the fixing nut securely.

Loosen the fixing nut then the blade will come off. Support the blade while loosening
the fixing nut so that the blade does not fall off unexpectedly.
●
Install the blade straight. If it is installed at an angle, snow may remain or the blade
may be reduced on one side.
■WET SNOW
●
Wet snow is liable to block chute and cause overloading to the machine. In this case, lower the
sleighs so that the machine keeps a distance from the surface of ground and does not take in
wet snow.
●
Decrease the travel speed for work and adjust the travel speed while paying attention to
the engine sound and exhaust fumes.
If snow clogs in the chute
●
When removing snow from the chute, set the work clutch lever and travel clutch lever
at "Off" and stop the engine. Make sure the auger and blower have stopped rotating
completely, and then, be sure to use installed unclogging stick. Never remove snow
with hands. Your hand may be caught in the machine and injury may occur.

open the chute cover. Be sure to remove
the snow with installed unclogging stick.

After removing the snow, be sure to
close the chute cover securely and
attach the unclogging stick to its
original position.

When the unclogging stick is lost
