4. HOW TO STOP MOVING
●
Do not stop the machine on a slope. If you must stop the machine on a slope, be sure
to put stopper blocks under the crawlers. Do not set the change lever at or through
"N.Neutral". The machine may slip down.
●
Before setting the travel clutch lever at "Off", be sure to set the change lever at
"Neutral point" to stop traveling. Otherwise, the machine starts moving suddenly
when the travel clutch lever is set at "On".

Set the change lever at "Neutral point" to stop
traveling.
(2)
Take your hand off the travel clutch lever to set it
at "Off".
(3)
Push the auger housing control lever to lower
the auger housing to the ground.
(4)
Refer to "Stop the engine" (p.34) and stop the engine.

Be sure to remove the engine key from engine switch after stopping the engine.
The engine key may be lost and unexpected accident may occur.
5. HOW TO TURN
●
When turning the machine, decrease the travel speed sufficiently.
●
Do not turn the machine on slope or gangplanks. The machine may turn to unintended
direction and accident such as turning over may occur.
●
When operating the side clutch lever, make sure there are not people or object in the
direction the machine will turn to.
●
When turning, position of the machine changes rapidly. Be careful not to touch the handles.
●
When turning the machine while traveling for transfer, be sure to set the work clutch
lever at "Off" and keep auger housing away from the ground.
●
Avoid quick turning on a gravel. Otherwise, crawler may catch and blow stones,

Pull the side clutch lever of the direction
which you want to turn the machine to. The machine
take a turn to the intended direction.
(2)
After turning, take your hand off the side clutch lever.
The lever returns automatically.
