Accounts are missing.
Setting up / managing accounts is done via the
customer portal discoverFP.
Synchronise PostBase Vision with the customer
portal
.
If necessary, contact the system administrator.
The current user is not allowed to frank on the
desired account.
Contact the system administrator.
Blank display.
Check whether the power cable is plugged in cor-
rectly and that PostBase Vision is turned on.
PostBase Vision is in standby.
Touch the display
or
press the ON / OFF button
briefly.
Display fails to react
when touched.
Turn off PostBase Vision.
Calibrate touch screen

Display shows single-coloured
background and text
‘System Failure …’
(blue screen / red screen).
A system error has occurred.
Turn off PostBase Vision

If PostBase Vision does not react to pressing the
ON / OFF button:
• Pull the power plug.
• Wait one minute.
• Turn PostBase Vision on again.
Functions / buttons are
missing in the display.
Unavailable functions are blanked out.
The current user is not authorised to access this
function.
Contact the system administrator.
