11.11.1 Disassembly

1.
Switch the machine off and ensure that it cannot be
switched on again.
2.
Remove the scoring blade.
3.
Loosen the setscrew.
4.
Twist the adjusting screw in the direction of the „+“
arrow until the scoring tool is completely open.
5.
Place the scoring blade onto the table and remove the
upper tooling half from the lower one.
This will prevent the retaining ring on the setscrew
from being damaged.
6.
Remove the springs from the headless screws.
7.
Loosen the Torx screws and remove the scoring blade
discs from the tool flange.
8.
Sharpen or change scoring blade discs (depending
on the quality).
