D.4.2 Ventilating at the first filling of the Internal Cooling Water Circuit
1. Fill up the external cooling water expansion tank with coolant.
ATTENTION: maximum fill level = „max.“- mark.
The cover of the external expansion tank temporarily must be
opend (all other closures are now closed!).

2. Open vent screw on the pipe socket of
the internal cooling water pump. Close the
vent screw when air free water comes out
Check the water level in the expansion
tank during the vanting. Fill up if neces-
sary.
Never open the vent screw while the
generator is running

3.Open vent screw on the thermostat hou-
sing. Close the vent screw when air free
