Remove the cover of the seawater pump
by loosen the 4 wing screws from the hou-
sing.

2. Remove the impeller from the shaft by
means of multi grip pliers..
3. Mark the impeller, to make sure that it
is in the correct position when re-instal-
lation is carried out.

4. Check the impeller for damage and
replace it if necessary.
5. The impeller should have been lubrica-
ted with glycerine or with a non-mineral
oil based lubricated e.g. silicone spray,
before re-insertion into the housing.
Attention: This is very important,
because the impeller can quickly be
damaged.
