Internal diagnostics data can be read via the
I/O diagnostics interface. In this way, detailed
diagnostic information can be accessed, even
if the network used does not offer any exten-
sive network-specific diagnostic functions.

Module common error LED
Errors of the module are indicated via the module common error LED on the electrical linkage and can,
if necessary, be evaluated with the operator unit or a PC with diagnostic software.
Certain errors are only indicated when the appropriate monitoring has been activated.
