Recommended procedure for determining the parameters for the automatic blocking function
1. Record the relevant function-specific production data.
To be able to set the parameters for the automatic blocking function correctly, the following
information of the downstream system is required:
–
Minimum flow rate in production operation
–
The system in pneumatic and electric operation.
–
The actuators in action.
–
The maximum time at continuous minimum flow rate, e.g. production downtime.
–
The maximum flow rate for production downtime
–
Pneumatic and electrical in operation.
–
The actuators not in action.
Sample values in the pressurise state:
–
The minimum flow rate in production operation: 250 l/min
–
The maximum pause time in production operation: 2 min
–
The maximum flow rate for production downtime: 80 l/min
