Comply with the legal rules that are applicable for the location, as well as:

Regulations and standards,

Rules of the testing organisations and insurance companies,
–
National specifications.
•
Note the warnings and instructions on the product and in the relevant operating instructions.
•
Remove all transport safety measures such as foils, caps, cardboard boxes
(except for any plugs in the pneumatic connections).
The packaging is intended for recycling.
(exception: oiled paper = other waste).
•
Use the product in its original condition without any unauthorised modifications.
•
Take into consideration the ambient conditions at the location of use.
Corrosive elements in the environment (e.g. ozone) will reduce the service life of the product.
•
Compare the maximum values specified in these operating instructions with those of your actual
application (e.g. forces, torques, temperatures, masses, speeds).
Only compliance with the load limits allows operation of the product in compliance with the relevant
safety regulations.
•
Take the tolerance of the tightening torques into account. Unless otherwise specified,
the tolerance is ±20 %.

Installation
5.1
Mechanical installation
•
Do not modify the screws and threaded pins if not directly
requested to do so in these operating instructions.
•
Mount the motor on the electric cylinder in accordance with
the assembly instructions for the motor mounting kit
recommended in the catalogue.

If possible, use proximity sensors which can be inserted into the slot from above.
Other proximity sensors must be inserted into the slot at the front of the FENG
before the DNCE is mounted.
