Function and application
A rotating threaded drive (lead screw for DNCE-
LS
or ball screw
for DNCE-
BS
) converts the rotary movement of a motor into a
linear movement. The piston rod will then move backwards and
forwards.
The piston rod is protected against turning in the wrong
direction and protected against overload with a slipping clutch.
The position of the piston rod can be scanned with the aid of
proximity sensors.
The electric cylinder has been designed for:
