After you secure the chassis, remove the helper bracket. Store it for future use, in case you need to
remove the chassis.
Grounding the Alpine 3800 Series Chassis
To ground the Alpine 3800 series chassis in accordance with NEBS standards, gather these materials:
•
Two zinc-plated steel lockwashers
•
Two zinc-plated steel nuts
•
One Panduit-style, standard two-hole barrel, copper compression lug
