Remove the magazine and look for anything that might be
obstructing the robot.

Make sure the autoloader is not being used by any host,
then reset the autoloader from the operator panel. If
necessary, power the autoloader off and back on to reset
the tape drive.

If the error persists, contact your service provider. You may
be asked to supply a diagnostic listing, and you may need
new firmware.
