CalpMan 2007: Off-Line procedures
Standard Agencies and Quality Auditors require the collection, organization and analysis of traceability documents.
CalpMan 2007
is able to transfer a selection of calibration routines
from a PC to the internal memory of the instrument in order to simplify field calibrations selecting the suitable tag number.
When a plant has a large number of process instruments, checks and field calibrations are really important in order to keep the compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
MicroCal with CalpMan 2007 can be used as a traditional calibrator in order to check an instrument under test. In this case, we conventionally speak of procedure on-line, as the
connection between calibrator, instrument and PC is still active. For the definition of the procedure and about the software, see the CalpMan 2007 manual.
