Upgrading the Optical Device (Models A, C & D)
1. Turn the computer off, remove the AC/DC adapter (and battery) and turn the computer over.
2. Locate the hard disk bay cover and remove screws &
.
3. Lever up the HDD bay cover at point , and then remove the cover .
4. Remove the screw at point , and use a screwdriver to carefully push out the
optical device at point .
5. Reverse the process to install any new optical (CD/DVD) device.
