1. Remove the Rear Controller Cover. (See “Rear Controller Cover Removal”

2. Remove the Rear Cover. (See “Rear Cover Removal” on page -146.)

3. Remove the PU1 Support Plate. (See “PU1 Support Plate Removal” on 

page -154.)

4. Remove 1 Tension Spring installed on the installation plate of Developer 

Motor Assy. and Transfer Motor.

5. Remove the harness from 4 harness cramps of Developer Motor 

Installation Plate.

6. Remove 4 screws securing Developer Motor Assy. and 1 harness.
