Measure block temperature with a
probe linked to a multimeter:

If temperature value is correct

temperature probe is faulty.

If measured temperature is equal to
ambient temperature, then one of
the following might be faulty:

Heating laminar is faulty.

DIM control board is faulty.

Module board is faulty.

Change temperature probe.

Change heating laminar

Change DIM control board

Change module board.
Internal temp.
Min. value: + 10 °C
Max. value: + 60 °C
If internal temperature is higher than
60 °C, check the following:
– Internal temperature probe is faulty.

One of the analyzer elements is
overheating.
– Fan no longer works.

Fan filter is dirty.
– Change temperature probe.

Identify overheating element; look for
cause of fault and remedy it.
– Change fan.

Change fan filter.
GND fault

The digital/analog converter of module
board is faulty. – Check power 15 VCC/ -15 VCC
with test points (PT5, PT8, and PT1
ground test points) of module board. If
power supply works correctly, change
module board.
