Connectrix Manager Administration
Modifying a Product Use the following steps to modify existing product information:
1. Right-click a product icon on the Product View for which you
want to change administration.
2. Click Modify on the pop-up menu. This displays the following
dialog box, which contains the network address of the product.

3. Click inside the Network Address field and change the address
by deleting, backspacing, and entering characters. Enter a valid IP
address or DNS host name in the Network Address field. A valid
IP address is in the form nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn, where nnn is a decimal
in the range 0 through 255.
4. Click OK.
Deleting a Product Use the following steps to delete products from the Product View.
1. Right-click a product’s icon in the Product View.
2. Click Delete on the pop-up menu.
3. When asked for confirmation, click Yes. The product icon
disappears from the Product View.
Determining Status
of a Product Determine a product’s operating status by the alert symbol
surrounding the product’s icon. These symbols are the same that
appear in the alert panel and are described in Table 2-1 on page 2-7.
You can also determine status from the Product Properties window.
