VISUAL INSPECTION (EMBEDDED IDR IDO 3G)

PROCEDURE

• Check the general condition of the rack and its attachment points.
• Check that the modules are correctly secured to the front panel.
• Check the condition and resistance of the external cables and their locking to the

connectors.

• Check the general mechanical condition.
• Check the condition and cleanliness of the fans. If they are clogged with dust, remove

them according to the procedure in Sheet E-7 and remove the dust with a cloth and/or a

vacuum cleaner.

Any suspect element must be submitted to a more detailed observation and changed if

necessary.
