• "PWR" off
• Duplexer power supply at
fault.
• Check that the primary converter's “I/O”
switch (Plate 6.IV item 2 or 9) is set to “I”.
• Power up/down the IDR IDO 3G using the
primary converter's "I/O" switch
(Plate 6.IV, item 2 or 9) (wait until the
power supply stops before putting the
switch back to "I").
• If the fault persists, contact the
manufacturer's customer support service.
• "TX" off
• Duplexer cable (“TX”) -
3G PA-TRX module (“RF”)
incorrectly connected or
3G PA-TRX module at fault.
• Transmission state positioned
to
[Off]

• 3G PA-TRX module switch set
to "O".
• Programming fault on a
channel or duplexer channel
out of band.
• Connect the cable correctly.
• Check that the 3G PA-TRX module's “I/O”
switch (Figure 2.1, item 14) is set to “I”.
• Check on the control and configuration PC
that the transmission state is set to
[On]
(state bar in the bottom of the screen). If
necessary, enable transmission
(see
Section 3.4.4.
)
• If the fault persists, power down the
IDR IDO 3G using the primary converter's
"I/O" switch (Plate 6.IV, item 2 or 9) (wait
until the power supply stops before putting
the switch back to "I").
• If the fault persists, contact the
manufacturer's customer support service.
